DETAILS Ian and I are looking for a 3rd roommate for 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom, two story, 2,000 sq. ft. apartment. The apartment offers all major comforts including washing machine, clothes dryer, dishwasher, fireplace, stove, microwave and of course, a disco ball. This place is dated, but we try to keep it modern. (see pics) The apartment comes fully furnished, however our new roommate is welcome to add their personal touch. (The room itself comes unfurnished but could come furnished with the basics if required?) The building has 24-hour security, a gym, sauna and swimming pool and as mentioned, is in a great area, Queen and Spadina, in the center of downtown. · 5 minute walk from a huge Loblaws and two GoodLife Fitness. 1 Minute walk from Hone Fitness · 5 minute walk to Kensington Market and the movie theater. · 10 minutes walk from Little Italy, Trinity Bellwoods park, Eaton Center and the financial district. About us... we are easy-going, very tidy, professionals in our late thirties. Ian is the founder of an amazing startup and I run product for a software company. I am gone half the time traveling for work and so Ian works a lot, so neither of us is around very much. Like most people, we each enjoy patios, music and of course, good times. In short, we’re normal people, we keep to ourselves and you get your own bathroom. Additional Notes: · Room available March 1st · The apartment comes furnished. The room can come with basic furnishings if you want but that may impact rent amount. · Utilities. Price does *not* include any utilities. · Utilities cost is $25/month for the internet and approximately $50/month for electricity. · Cable doesn’t cost anything as we don’t have it · The entire apartment is approximately 2,000 sq. ft. not the room · Parking is limited in the building so it’s most likely street parking. · Serious inquiries only please · Apartment location at Queen and Spadina · The room in the photo is what your room could look like depending on how you furnished it
