Stepping inside this 1925 fully furnished annual rental home will make you feel like you are a part of history like you have walked in on Hemingway himself writing a novel. Previously the Star Keeper Cafe, this spectacular 900sqft bungalow has amazing indoor/outdoor spaces to enjoy. High ceilings and a plethora of windows allow for a light and airy feel. The house has lovely tile and wood flooring throughout. The kitchen area is spacious with plenty of cupboard space and work space. The bathroom features a claw foot tub. There is a front sitting room which could be utilized as a secondary sleeping space. If you like to garden you will appreciate the splendor of the backyard which includes planting beds, grape vines, and lattice work provides privacy and an ambience. In the front there is a large oak tree which looks spectacular when lit up at night. You can enter the home through the back porch or the front door. The home also has a one car covered carport and one space in the driveway. This home is pet friendly with approved pets and a $500 per pet non refundable fee. House can be offered short term seasonally for $3000 all taxes/expenses included.
