There is a front sitting room which could be utilized as a secondary sleeping space. If you like to garden you will appreciate the splendor of the backyard which includes planting beds, grape vines, and lattice work provides privacy and an ambience. In the front there is a large oak tree which looks spectacular when lit up at night. You can enter the home through the back porch or the front door. The home also has a one car covered carport and one space in the driveway. This home is pet friendly with approved pets and a $500 per pet non refundable fee. House can be offered short term seasonally for $3000 all taxes/expenses included.
