On the 2nd floor, a very spacious master bedroom with 2 big closets, another bedroom, bathroom and linen closet. There is plenty of room to entertain or just relax on the private deck and backyard with a fire ring. Easy drive to Wadsworth and Orrville. Tenant pays all utilities - electric and water/sewer/trash.
