Remote Mountain Cabin 10 minutes from Ft. Carson - Very remote mountain cabin located west of highway 115. Gorgeous canyon views all around the property and a private stream to boot. This is a one of a kind living situation with very specific needs/requirements (see below) but for the right person, it could be paradise. Located at the very end of Rock Creek Canyon Rd, you can't get further up the mountain than this property. You cross two streams on the way to the home and feel as though you're completely out of the city once you get there. Located close to Fort Carson and 115, all the necessities are within a short commute. PLEASE DRIVE BY THIS PROPERTY BEFORE REQUESTING A SHOWING. IT IS VERY REMOTE AND REQUIRES 4-WHEEL DRIVE TO GET THERE. YOU ALSO MUST CROSS OTHER PEOPLE'S PROPERTY TO GET THERE SO PLEASE BE COURTEOUS. DISCLAIMER: THIS IS A VERY UNIQUE, REMOTE MOUNTAIN CABIN. 1. 4 wheel drive is a must for any tenants in this property 2. There is a caretaker who resides in a different home on the property. This means that the driveway will be shared as well as having two families living relatively close together. 3. This property is on a well that doesn't produce a large amount of water daily. Tenants need to understand that water will need to be used with this in mind. 4. Trash service can be setup for this home but requires the trash to be transported down the hill a little ways. 5. The caretaker and the owner both have personal items on the property which will likely remain there during the tenancy. 6. The access road to this property goes through multiple other private properties and is via an easement. No Pets Allowed
