All but one room features large closets and two rooms have an excellent view of the lake. There is one exit off the kitchen and upstairs, off one of the bedrooms, there is another exit to the backyard. This duplex is situated in the East Hillside - Chester Park neighborhood. East Hillside is known for its proximity to the University of Minnesota Duluth, The College of St. Scholastica, the incredible Chester Park and downtown Duluth. The neighborhood is made up of historic homes and young residents. In the area, stop by the new Bluestone Development, grab a bite to eat at restaurants like Burrito Union, Sara's Table, and Tavern on the Hill and after get outside and explore green spaces like the sprawling Chester Park and the quaint Portland Square. Also nearby you have multiple options for necessities like groceries and gas, making this neighborhood full of character and natural amenities, just as convenient as it is green. Tenants are responsible for the monthly rent charges of $1800 as well as the electric utility. Additionally, a garbage fee of $10 per occupant, along with a monthly technology fee of $6.95 per account, are applied directly to your rent charges each month.
