It is pet-friendly and has a fully fenced-in yard, there is a pet fee. Please note that these photos were taken mid-move-out. If you would like to schedule a showing, please call or email. Yard maintenance is the responsibility of the tenant- if you would rather have a yard service coordinated by the owner, that fee will be added to the monthly rent. You will have full access to the outdoor shed. $3,000/month rent. $3,000 security deposit required. Up to two pets allowed- Pet Fee will be applicable. Tenante is responsible for the first $300 of any issue that they cannot repair themselves. Tenant is responsible for maintaining the yard (front and back).
