- Three bedroom, one and a half bathroom cottage style single home in Northwest Springfield off Troy Rd near Bechtle Ave. Tenant is responsible for Gas, Electric, Trash and Water. Tenant is also responsible for lawn care. Pets are okay with non-refundable pet deposit and monthly fee (amounts are determined by type and weight of pet). Potential tenants must have a monthly income three times larger than the rent amount, be eviction free, and pass our background check. Applicants must provide a completed application, an application fee ($40 in office/$45 online), and proof of income for the previous three months.
