Constructed in 1911 the Wendorf is home to 3-bedroom + 1-bathroom apartments featuring classic details and styling of Duluth’s past. Each apartment features a large main living space with a decorative fireplace, a formal dining area and is complete with entry closets. The designer of the building separated the kitchen and dining room with two unique hallways creating a pantry on one side and an entry to the bathroom along the other. On the backside of the kitchen there is a bedroom, and a back entry providing access to the shared laundry and off-street parking. There is also a storage space available in the basement. Tenants are responsible for the monthly rent charges of $1550 as well as electric and gas utilities. Additionally, a garbage fee of $10 per occupant, along with a monthly technology fee of $6.95 per account, are applied directly to your rent charges each month. We provide a liability insurance option at $18 through our in-house policy, though tenants also have the flexibility and freedom to secure their own coverage if preferred. We make it easy!
