About 1708 Hillcrest Loop
MIL in a good neighborhood. Private entrance, fridge, own bathroom but shared laundry. Please note, there isn’t a kitchen so probably wouldn’t work for someone who loves to cook a lot. Prior roommate, used portable cooktop, insta pot, microwave etc and that worked out great. No pets, smoking, drugs, partying, or overnight guests. Single occupancy but would consider a single parent with one child. I want to find someone responsible, hardworking and non-intrusive. $30 background check required and first and last month due upon move in. I prefer to find someone long term but will start with 3 months to ensure it is a good fit.
