About 1708 Doune St
1708 Doune Street - 2 bedroom 1 bath home with dining room, gas heat and central air. Stove/refrigerator currently in place but will not be maintained (can be removed in needed). hardwood floors throughout, Washer/dryer connection in laundry room. Call our office if you are interested at 336-722-1137! You may come by our office between 8:30 am and 5 pm to checkout a key. We require a refundable $10/key deposit (cash only), and a photocopy of a government issued ID. We conditionally allow pets with a onetime, non-refundable pet fee. Dog breed must be approved. Apartments have a 20 LB weight restriction on pets.
