Great unfurnished 2 bed 2 bath long term rental in Barnes Plantation! Available immediately. The furnishings in the home are for photos only and not included in the rental. This community is located across the street from Red Fern Village. You have lots of great restaurants, boutiques, medical offices, the post office, hardware store and much more right at your fingertips. This place is all about the location! Inside the gated community you have access to the pool (heated during the winter), gym, playground and community center. There is also open parking in front of the home. Inside the end unit you have so many great features; newer LVP flooring, open floor plan with formal dining room, breakfast bar, 2 bedrooms with split floor plan for privacy, stainless steel appliances, large screened in porch with storage area.
