WINTER/SNOWBIRD RENTAL ONLY AVAILABLE OCT. 1, 2025 - MARCH 1, 2026 Tours are not permitted due to this being a vacation rental. Are you a snowbird looking to escape the cold for the winter? Be our guests in our oceanfront condo and enjoy fantastic views from the private balcony of this 2-bedroom oceanfront penthouse located in the heart of Myrtle Beach. Just steps from the sand and within walking distance to many of Myrtle Beach's attractions. This tastefully decorated unit offers the perfect blend of comfort and style. The resort offers several water amenities including a 150ft lazy river, indoor/ outdoor pool, and hot tubs. When you walk into this lovely privately owned condo, you will be entering a bedroom with a queen-size bed, dresser, Smart TV, and loveseat. The oceanfront room is a hybrid living room/bedroom featuring a brand-new pillow-top king-size bed, a pull-out queen sofa bed, along with a dining table, Smart TV, dresser, and door separating the space from the rest of the unit. This setup allows some privacy for guests vacationing with family, friends, or couples. Each room has its own seating area and television. Our vacation rental is available for short-term monthly rental from Oct. 1 - March 1, 2026. $1300/month plus taxes, per local requirements. A one-time $200 departure cleaning fee will be added to the first month's rent, along with a refundable security deposit of $700. * Housekeeping with linen replacement can be added for a fee. All utilities are included in the monthly price, including cable TV and Wi-Fi. Guests must allow pest control to enter the unit. They are scheduled to come once a month. They will knock, but if you don't answer, they will enter and come in to spray. No parties and no SMOKING of any kind, VAPING, OR PETS ALLOWED AT RESORT OR IN THE CONDO. Violation will result in eviction, fines starting at $500.00, and no refund of any monies paid or security deposit. We will not rent to third parties! Guests must sign the rental agreement and provide photo identification. The first month's rent, along with the security deposit and cleaning fee, is due upon signing the rental agreement. Due to insurance purposes, the minimum age required to rent is 25 years. Maximum 4 guests, including adults, infants, and children. No towels, bathing suits, etc., hanging from the balcony railing. Subject $200 fine. Quiet hours are 10 p.m. until 8 a.m. One set of linen/towels is included. These are not to be removed from the condo.
