Updates include: - New flooring throughout - New windows - Fresh interior and exterior paint Amenities include: - Fridge - Stove - Microwave - Washer/Dryer hookups - Baseboard heat/window AC - 2 porches - Approx. .25 acre lot Utilities (covered by tenant): - Blue Ridge Electric - Currently on well water but upgrading to city water in the near future Approximate commutes: - Lenoir: 15 minutes - Granite Falls: 15 minutes - Hickory: 25 minutes - Morganton: 30 minutes - Boone: 45 minutes Rent is $900 per month. First and last month's rent plus the $700 security deposit is due upfront. A total of $2500 is due at signing. If you have a pet, a non-refundable pet deposit of $200 will be due upfront also. There is a $55 dollar fee to apply.
