This is a newly renovated 2 bed, 1 bath downstairs apartment in Lyons, NY. While it is located close to Rt. 14, Rt. 31, and only a 10 minute drive to the NYS Thruway, it is situated in a quiet neighborhood. It features a large kitchen with great cabinet space. There are laundry hook-ups available in a separate laundry room. There is a small deck located on the rear of the apartment.
