The room available has a heater, closet, and a large window overlooking a residential street. The apartment also has a large living room, backyard, and washer and dryer in a fully loaded kitchen. The apartment is three short blocks from the Q B train. 40 minutes into Manhattan and 15 minutes to Brooklyn College. It's also right off of Kings Hwy which has many major food chains, delis, post office, and stores. You would be living with three other people. All of us work full time, are clean and considerate. No pets/couples/smokers (sorry). PLEASE RESPOND with your age, currently living/working situation, and tell us about yourself. Failure to do so we result in a non response First and Last month (security deposit) NO brokers fee
