JAN SPECIAL 1/2 OFF FIRST MONTH! Rental with Land! - Wonderful 3 bed 2 bath 2 car garage property with a fire place and 2.9 acres of land with a pond. Amazing views, deck outback, fireplace, and stainless steel oven! The property is being offered at such a GREAT price because it is being rented on an as is basis. What this means is that we will not be cleaning the property or doing any repairs to the home. However, you are more than welcome to make any repairs that you like but you are definitely not required to either. The reason it is only a month to month rental is that the owner is currently trying to sell the home in a short sale. This process can take at least 3-12 months or even longer before the house is approved by the lender to sell. As such, the home will have scheduled showings by real estate agents occasionally and we ask that you keep the home in a showable condition. You will be given a 24 hour notice of this prior though and each showing is less than an hour long so as not to interrupt your life too much. In exchange for all of this we require NO DEPOSIT for the home and have drastically discounted the rent and we also only ask for a 7 day notice from you if at anytime you would like to move! Please understand we do not accept Section 8 due to nature of our rentals and due to the short sale process the home cannot be a rent to own.
