Every view you see from these pictures were taken from our home, our dock, or the boat! Located in the Gated Community of Riverwalk, very few homes have this grand view on the secluded Lake Lookout. Sitting on a 1.3-acre hill, you will have views of the ever-changing Sunrises and Sunsets to see right on the water. So much to do at the Lake! Bring your boat, kayak, paddleboat, jet-ski, or hammock. We used to have a floating trampoline and the kids loved it! Great fishing and wildlife such as Deer, Turtle, Turkey, Fox, Rabbit, Squirrel, Birds and more to see as well. Very private cul-de-sac located on the point and surrounded by water on 3 sides! The last 3 Tenants we had, loved it so much, that they now live in the neighborhood! The rooms are very spacious, see for yourself in the Pics! We would like for the home to look the same on the inside and outside when you moved in as when you move out, and to let us know immediately of any issues so that we can address them asap. Water is from a Well Pump, so no water bill. Tenants are responsible for all Yard Upkeep, Electric Bill and are held accountable to be within the Home Owners Association Rules, but pay no HOA Fees. No smoking inside home is allowed. Well-behaved pets are negotiable. Lot's of paved parking for family gatherings. There is a 1 year lease minimum, with a $2000.00 deposit fee to be paid upfront and is given back at the end of the lease upon our inspection and if no deductions are needed for damage, yardwork or anything else needing accounted for.
