This is our lower level of home available for rent within walking distance to ASU/downtown Boone. This home has been extremely well cared for over the years and we are looking for a solid renter with excellent references! ). Sorry no pets the home has been very well loved and cared for so we are trying to keep it that way. No more than 2 people due to zoning. The upstairs is rented so you will hear neighbors upstairs. This is overall a great home. Please let me know if you would like to see the beautiful home. Thanks!
