Very safe, quiet, and friendly, this apartment complex is the best – I am very sad to be leaving the area. I am looking someone to take over my room, the master bedroom with attached master bath and walk in closet. The person living here would be sharing the kitchen and living room with a young man. I am a young woman and have never had any problems living with him. This is a perfect location for those walking to work for companies like: Under Armor, Videology, GKV, and other companies based in Locust Point and Riverside. It also is easy and quick access to I95. The lease between me and my roommate ends at the end of JULY but due to work, I must move late May/Early June. This would be a sublease with a guarantee of renewing the lease with the current roommate at the end of July. Rent is $1028 per month with utilities/internet/cable ~$60. I am also looking to sell my existing furniture (minus the mattress) to the person after me.
