Master bedroom has a large walk-in closet and the master bathroom has a walk-in shower and separate tub. 2 car garage with electric opener. Heated and cooled with an efficient ductless heat pump in the living room/kitchen, and bathrooms have heated floors. Tenants are responsible for all utilities and yard care (mowing, weeding, & trimming). Please be sure you have your own equipment and the time to keep the yard looking nice at all times, or be willing to hire a professional to handle it for you. 1 cat or small dog is possible on a case-by-case basis with $500 additional refundable security deposit and $50 monthly pet rent. First and last month's rent and $2,350 refundable security are required. We are looking for non-smoking/vaping, long-term, responsible tenants with excellent rental references or mortgage payment history and verified monthly income of at least three times the rent per month.
