Fantastic lake view and direct lake access! This home is situated on a nice, large lake lot with a very private backyard giving you views and access all year long! Enjoy living on one of the most desirable lakes in Kalamazoo County! The home was just updated and features a very open floor plan. The front entry opens to a large mud-room to help keep the main home clean! Inside you will find a large, open floor plan with a large living room, dining area and kitchen all in view. The dining area has a picture window overlooking the deck and Crooked Lake. There are two main-floor bedrooms, both on the west side of the home. A full bathroom is located off the living room on the south side of the home, adjacent to the mud-room. This home has efficient boiler heat and also a supplemental "mini-split" heat/AC unit mounted in the living room. This home has a large, dry basement with washer and dryer and a third carpeted room across from the laundry area. Plenty of room to store your toys in the off-season. There is a 3-season room off the back which walks out onto the large deck in the backyard. There is also a large yard between the deck and the lake! There is a covered carport large enough for two vehicles right out front. This home is NON-smoking only! No pets. Tenant pays all utilities. Tenant is required to follow all lake association rules and regulations!
