Private 1000 Square Foot, 1-bedroom basement apartment for rent on horse farm in Purcellville, VA. This newly renovated apartment offers a full private kitchen with oven/ fridge/ microwave/ dishwasher. A Full private bathroom with large double sink, custom shower and large bedroom. Also featuring full laundry with private washer/dryer & bonus room to be used as guest room, office or extra storage. This is a 13 acre horse farm with pond that backs up to Walsh Family Vineyard, so it is nice to walk there on weekends. We would prefer to rent to someone who has experience with horses and maybe someone who would like to pay an extra $300 to bring your horse with you and take a stall! Some pictures of the farm and barn have been added so you can get a feel for the farm. We currently have pets in the main home but the backyard has a separate fenced area for the tenant of the basement to use if you are approved for a pet with associated pet fee. I have stayed in the apartment myself and the only drawback is that when the dogs upstairs get the zoomies, it can be loud in parts of the apartment. Usually happens when people come home from work and he dogs get excited. Not that big a deal but offering full disclosure haha Apartment is accessed from the garage so there is no need to enter the main home to get access to your apartment. Additional storage available in the large garage if you need it.
