We are only able to hold the home for up to 2 weeks from the date the application is received. • Move-in Payments: The security deposit, first month’s rent, and all fees are required to be paid in our office via bank certified checks or money orders only. • Utilities: Tenants are responsible for all utilities. • A pool membership in Canterbury Farms can be utilized during the Summer months for an additional fee that is due within 60-days of the pool opening for the season. • A washer and dryer are available for an additional monthly fee. QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: • Credit Score: Minimum 610 for each applicant. Verified through Experian. • Applicants must have no unpaid rent or utility bills. • Rental History: Good standing with current/previous landlords. No outstanding rent or fees.
