This is a small, quiet, family neighborhood. This home is located in Bluewater Bungalows at the end of the street so there is no traffic. Renter pays for all utilities. Small pets allowed up to 20 pounds with a $250.00 non refundable pet fee due at lease signing. No smoking. Security deposit due at signing. Owner will pay for all home maintenance such as quarterly pest/bug extermination and a/c maintenance and renter must be accommodating to those services and times. Renter is responsible for any repairs beyond normal wear and tear (such as a clogged toilet or drain, etc.). Renter will maintain the backyard and side yard from weeds, limbs, leaves and debris.
