Also on the first floor is a living room and dining room with a half bath. Upstairs, you'll find two moderate sized bedrooms, a master bedroom, and the full bathroom. Superior, Wisconsin, is a historic port city on the shores of Lake Superior, bordering Duluth, Minnesota. Known for its maritime heritage, it has a strong shipping and industrial economy, complemented by tourism and education, with the University of Wisconsin–Superior playing a key role. The city offers natural beauty, including Pattison State Park and Big Manitou Falls, along with cultural attractions like the Richard I. Bong Veterans Historical Center and the SS Meteor Maritime Museum. With cold, snowy winters and mild summers, Superior is a hub for outdoor recreation, from winter sports to hiking and boating, making it a unique and welcoming destination in Wisconsin’s Northwoods. Tenants are responsible for the monthly rent charges of $1850 as well as electric, gas and water utilities. Additionally, a garbage fee of $10 per occupant, along with a monthly technology fee of $6.95 per account, are applied directly to your rent charges each month. We provide a liability insurance option at $18 through our in-house policy, though tenants also have the flexibility and freedom to secure their own coverage if preferred. We make it easy!
