It doesn’t get any better in terms of transportation: you have access to every CTA train line and many buses within a 5 minute walk. Metra trains are also within walking distance, as is the Chicago Pedway. The central location of the building puts you within just a few blocks of many attractions-State Street shopping, the Magnificent Mile, the Theatre District, the Art Institue, River North nightlife, Randolph Street restaurants...the list goes on! There is 24-hour door staff to welcome you home from your urban adventures. The apartments themselves boast soaring 9’ or higher ceilings, wood flooring in living spaces (carpet in bedrooms) and oversized walk-in closets. In-unit washers and dryers as well as granite countertops in kitchens are standard, and each home has individually controlled heating and air conditioning. There is no on-site parking, but parking is available at an additional charge right across the street from the building. Cats and dogs are accepted throughout (dog breed and weight restrictions apply) and there is a green patch for Fido right outside.
