Looking for someone to take over my lease from December 2010 to May 2011 (or later - extendable). Rent is $375 per month total (includes trash/recycling pickup and all utilities), with a $250 damage deposit. High-speed (20Mbit) internet and HD cable are $40 per month, not included in rent. House includes one bathroom with shower, large kitchen, fenced backyard, two bedrooms. Fridge, stove, microwave, washer, and dryer included. House is Wifi-enabled. Parking in driveway and in street, but possible in garage. It's mostly used for storage. Central heating and AC also included, and the house is usually at 72 degrees. House is 10 minutes from campus, down the street from a gas station, convenience store, and the King Sooper's on Elizabeth/Taft. The two roommates, 20 and 21 year-old female CSU students, are very friendly, relatively quiet, and don't drink, smoke, or party. Note: Smoking, drinking, parties, etc. are disallowed both by the roommates and by the lease. Sorry. We also have a 2 year-old female cat, who is very sweet and completely house-trained. No other animals allowed unless you'd like to split a $1600 pet damage deposit with one of the roommates. You get the single bedroom, which is about 12ft. by 12ft. with a large window on one side, closet, and wired internet hookup (only room in the house!). Looking to have someone move in mid-to-late December, and lease until May 2011 or further depending if you want to renew.
