Tenants pay all utilities and are responsible for weeding and trimming the yard. 1 cat or small dog possible on a case-by-case basis with $500 additional security deposit and $50 monthly pet rent. First and last month's rent, $2,350 refundable security deposit and $300 non-refundable carpet cleaning fee are required. We are looking for non-smoking/vaping, long-term, responsible tenants with excellent rental references or mortgage payment history and verified monthly income of at least three times the rent per month.
