If you are looking for an incredibly fun getaway for your whole family Jackson Cove is the best destination on Tims Ford Lake!!! This cozy home is centrally located off the main channel in a cove with its own private dock perfect for swimming and fishing. There are 2 deck levels, stairs with handrails to the dock, hot tub, boat launch access 5 minutes away, screened-in porch, spacious great room, dining area, and full-service kitchen. Sleeps up to 15. Come enjoy your new favorite lake retreat! Walking in the front door at Jackson Cove guests will see the open living area with a cathedral ceiling, kitchen with bar top seating, and a pass-through to the dining area. There is plenty of extra seating for large families, a fireplace, smart TV, and a door to the upper-level deck with a beautiful view of the lake and wooded back yard. From the deck, guests can chill and grill, walk down to the private dock or relax in the screened-in sunroom and 2 man hammock. Back inside either walk down the hallway to the half bath and master bedroom with private office space, master bath, and sliding door to the sunroom, or head downstairs to the great room. The great room has plenty of seating as well as a new smart TV with DVD player and CD's, a Wii gaming system, 3 bunks, and a queen floor mattress for plenty of options for sleeping, as well as several board games and books to enjoy. Past the great room is a full-service laundry room with extra large sink and an extra refrigerator, a full bathroom, and 2 additional bedrooms. At the bottom of the stairs, guests can walk out onto the lower deck for more seating and lush views of the outdoors and lake, or take a turn in the relaxing 4-6 man hot tub. We are family-friendly with plenty of toys, books, 2 pack-N-plays, high chair, and baby gates. Full home with private entry plus access to a private dock and neighborhood boat launch. Jackson Cove is a lakehouse. There are two full decks for viewing the lake, direct access to the lake for swimming and fishing. The walkway to the private dock has handrails and seating through the wooded back yard. The front of the house has plenty of parking and the neighborhood is quiet. All homes are lakefront properties with guests and homeowners present year-round. This is a rural area with farms and pastures nearby about 20 minutes to town for groceries and other necessities. The neighborhood boat launch is a block away with parking and access to a dock for fishing and boarding a boat. Lake Access-- *During winter months (November-April) the lake is partially drained. The dock is still underwater, but not the 8-10 foot depth it is during the summer months. *Guests who bring boats may use the neighborhood boat launch. *Other boating, fishing equipment, and fishing licenses are available at the marina 5 miles away. Family Friendly-- *Toys, books, movies, and games in the great room all ages of children to enjoy. *The third bedroom has a pack-N-Play in the closet. *High chair and bib are available for use in the dining area. *The closet in the master bath has a baby gate to block the stairs and keep little ones safe. TV/Internet-- While we have 2 tv's, a DVD player, and Apple TV, we DO NOT have cable. Guests may access their own cable network accounts, Netflix account, Amazon Prime, Disney +, Hulu, etc through Apple TV and the smart TV during their stay.
