Have lived here for about 3 years now and have enjoyed the layout of the apartment, space and location given that it's so close to town. Would've given the complex 5 stars but to be honest don't appreciate the random, hostile and somewhat threatening notes left on everyone's doors now that it's under new management. I'm sure the apartment manager is a very good and kind person but the contents and overall severity of most of the notes left on all tenants doors I feel is very abrupt, menacing and sometimes downright rude and irritating when you do your due diligence by abiding by the rules, keeping your apartment clean and paying your rent on occasion a full month ahead of time whenever we can. Other than that I have no issue with Maplewood.
