The home has been fully remodeled over the last 3 years and features: - Available fully furnished, partially furnished, or unfurnished - Two-car garage - Master bedroom with en-suite master bathroom with a curbless shower, heated floors, and a custom closet with motion activated lights - Guest bedroom with large closet space - Third bedroom is currently set up as an office but could be transformed into a bedroom - Guest bathroom has modern fixtures and an extra-deep bathtub. - Fully remodeled kitchen with a double oven, all brand new stainless appliances, and a large island for additional storage and entertaining - Dining room which could also serve as an office space - Open living area with a new, modern, gas burning fireplace - Doggy door access to the fully fenced in backyard This home is a short 5 minute drive to Heavenly Cal Lodge, 7 min to Stateline, 10 min to the Y. It is also a short walk to Bijou Park/Meadow and the bike trails. It’s the perfect location that is close and accessible to everything, yet still quiet. Rent: $4,600 as a ski lease (min 4 months, dates negotiable) $4,300 for long-term renters Deposit: 1 month rent. Dogs welcome for an additional $500 deposit. Utilities: For ski lease, I will collect a $1,500 up-front utilities deposit, to be reconciled at the end of the lease depending on usage.
