Hello, We are looking to add one person to our dynamic, fun and awesome house! Seriously, this place is amazing - all our friends are jealous that we scored such an awesome house for a sweet deal. Pictures: Rent is $520/month + 1/4 of the utilities with a minimum 12 month lease and maximum 14 month lease. The house is two levels and has 4 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, 1 huge sun deck and a sweet little backyard with a trampoline. Washer and dryer included. The 3 of us are fun loving and we love to have a good time. That being said, we are all serious students and when it's time for exams, we get down to it. We're looking for that one special person that will fit our dynamic. We love hanging out with a good old scary movie (although Mike is a chicken and can't watch scary movies), we cook dinners together, take weekend trips and love going out. We're board game lovers and tea drinkers on the quiet weekends but we're beer chuggers and dance thugs when life gives us a break. Looking for a respectable, kind, clean individual. Although almost everything in the house is already included in terms of furnishing, you would have to bring your own mattress. We have a temporary single mattress you can use though, if you really want it. We are directly in front of the 12 UVic, 28 downtown and 2 minutes from the 39 UVIC busses. The closest shopping is a 5 minute bus ride, 10 bike ride or 20 min walk. Car port for anyone with a car. Email for viewings!
