Pet friendly. $2,800/month rent. One time non-refundable pet deposit of $250 (each year). Deposit to secure the property is $1,000 which goes towards the security deposit. Security deposit is equal to one-months rent. Tenant responsible for electricity, natural gas, trash service, yard mowing (we can give references/referrals), and snow removal.
