Home has both electric and gas hook ups for dryer. Owners will provide for seasonal weed abatement at their discretion. Utilities Not Included, which will be tenant responsibility, are: Electric through SDGE, Propane Gas through Fallbrook Propane Co, Water through Rainbow Water Dist, and Trash Service through EDCO Waste & Recycling Srv. This home has central heating and AC, with 3 control zones, and is on septic. We will ask tenants to use septic safe toilet paper and not to flush or put down anything through the drainage system that could damage or back up the system. Please call your Internet or TV providers ahead of time to make sure they can and will service this address if interested. The owners used and can recommend San Diego Broadband for Internet. We are happy to supply a sample lease agreement to you ahead of time, just ask. Please note your final lease agreement may include additional disclosures and/or addenda as needed and with regards to the home and property.
