Tenant is responsible for all utilities, to include electric, gas, water, trash, and communications. Management is responsible for landscaping & irrigation. Security deposit equal to one month's rent. Pets are allowed with a non-refundable pet fee equal to 1/2 one-month rent, 2 pet maximum, management reserves the right to exclude some animals without notice or cause.
