Electric in tenant's name and paid by tenant; Gas and water/sewer/trash stay in owner's name, and are paid by tenant on tenant web portal in addition to rent. Pets are welcome and are limited to one dog and no cats. Available 06/16/2026. Applications are valid for 90 days and the application fee is non-refundable. Each occupant age 18 years and older must submit an application.
