Centrally located within the Bay Area with SF downtown, Berkeley and Oakland downtown all under 30 mins drive. If you prefer public transportation, two BART stations are within 10 minutes drive. The San Leandro Marina is a short walk away. Several restaurants, drycleaners, Asian grocery store, housewares store, nail salon etc. is a 10-12 minute walk away. - Real bed, queen-sized mattress, clean sheets/comforter, nightstand, lamp, mirror, and closet (with hangers) - Room size is 13'x11.5' (150 sq. ft.) - Full bathroom, shared with one other person of the same gender - You will also have access to common areas including the kitchen, dining room, living room, and foyer. The common areas are also fully furnished. - Free garage and/or driveway parking available - Kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, plates and cutlery. - In-house laundry room conveniently located on the same floor as the bedroom - Nice backyard patio with a small pond/rock garden to relax -with a book and enjoy the sun - Rent $1100 per month. First months rent due at move in. Security deposit is first month’s rent and due when contract is signed. - Utilities are shared with other tenants, payable every month. This includes gas, electricity, water, internet, and waste/recycling. This is due on the 1st of every month. Landlord pays for landscaping. - 6 months lease - 1 guest only per room HOUSE RULES - PLEASE READ ALL BEFORE RESPONDING - No smoking, vaping, or drugs anywhere on the premises. - No parties or overnight guests.
