The overall ranch is historic, very charming, peaceful, and quiet. You won't find anything else like it in the area. But, country living is NOT for everyone. So prospective tenants are people who enjoy and appreciate living in a rural setting away from the hustle and bustle of city life and understand the challenges, such as weather, dirt roads, and distance. The new Tenants will be respectful of others, not be disruptive, and follow all property rules so everyone can enjoy the property and its surroundings. The house for rent is the mobile home on the property. 3-bedroom 2-bathroom mobile home approximately 950 square feet. The third bedroom is small. Not suited for a large family (couple, singles, small children are best). Horse space may be available for up to 2 horses for additional $150 per horse. Limited grazing is available. Good size deck with the best views of the ranch, the tip of Pikes Peak, and the valley to the south. Large arena, and 60' round pen. There is absolutely NO use or growing of marijuana on this property. Lease Summary: Pets and non-aggressive breed dogs may be allowed on a case-by-case basis depending on the type of pet. Pet deposit required. Constant barking dog(s) will not be allowed or tolerated due to the disruption to the owner, other Tenants living on the property, and the echo of barking dogs to surrounding neighbors. Tenant selection will be based upon background check, employment history, credit check, and an interview to ensure a good fit with the existing ranch residents. Selection is NOT based on first come, first served. Two applications will be required for every adult: One through Zillow and the second with Cherry Investment Properties. DO NOT submit a rental application until you have met the landlord and toured the property. 1. Available for move-in is November 1, 2025. Property showings will start immediately. 2. Criminal background and credit check required. If you have a criminal background DO NOT inquire. Reasonable credit score required. 3.
