This condo is in the Foothills Village complex (1540-29th St NW) directly across the road from the Foothills Hospital and University of Calgary Medical and Veterinary Schools. It is just down the road from the U of C Main Campus. There is a bus stop right outside with direct links to the U of C main campus, the Alberta Children’s Hospital, the C-train, as well as everywhere in and around Calgary. Stores, malls, sports facilities and parks are all nearby. I am asking for a rent of $790 per month furnished room and apartment including utilities, TV, internet and land-line phone. The room will be available from July 1, and I like to do a years rental term i.e. till June 30, 2013. You will need to provide your own linen and towels. If you need to move in earlier, I might be able to accommodate you. Due to it’s location, this room will be idea for a Medical, Veterinary or Nursing student, or anyone doing a masters or PHD or needing to be close to the Foothills Hospital Building. My tenants have always been very happy with the location and comfort of this condo, and the friendliness generated by having roommates.
