Tenant decided after application submitted to move forward and pay $40 credit/background (paid direct to vendor and non-refundable) Security deposit equal to one month's rent. Company Qualification Guidelines: Applicant may be disqualified for the following: Credit score below 580 (average of all applicants), Evictions or filings within the past 5 years, Certain criminal convictions within the past 10 years, Combined household income less than 3x the monthly rent, Inability to show positive rental history (unless first-time renter).
