This second floor apartment features a private balcony with large sliding glass doors and a modern kitchen with white cabinets. Welcome to a charming community with green space, shady trees, and manicured lawns. Beacon Hill East End apartments are each over 1250 square feet of living space with modern conveniences and inviting community amenities. Choose to relax on your private balcony or patio, take a soothing dip in the heated pool, book the party room for that special event, or head out to close-by shopping, dining, and entertainment. All the 1st floor apartments are located down a half flight of stairs. The 2nd floor apartments are located up a half a flight of stairs and the 3rd floor apartments are located up 1.5 flights of stairs. Each apartment features an in-unit washer & dryer, central AC, two large bedrooms, two full ceramic bathrooms, linen closet, outside storage room located off the patio balcony, and an entryway closet. Receive guests into a welcoming foyer with the push of a button using a convenient intercom door-lock system. Large sliding glass doors open to a private patio or balcony. The primary suite has double closets and a bathroom that includes a basin sink, and a ceramic shower with glass doors. The second bedroom is smaller with a large double door closet. The bathroom has a full bathtub and large vanity. Window coverings are provided throughout. There is a modern kitchen which includes granite counters, custom cabinets, a pantry with washer & dryer, garbage disposal, track lighting, and a breakfast bar looking out to the living room & dining room. It has stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher, built-in microwave, five burner gas stove, and refrigerator with water & icemaker. Landlord pays water, sewage, and trash disposal. Tenant pays gas and electric. All our properties are pet friendly for friendly pets with a two-animal maximum. There are no breed or weight restrictions. We require proof of rabies vaccinations (and licenses for dogs), but we do not charge additional rent or fees for animals. Smoking is not permitted in any of our properties. You may choose a lease end date that is 6/30, 7/15, 7/31, or 8/15 of each year for this neighborhood.
