This unit at 1526 Milwaukee Street has great carpeting in the living room and bedroom, and tile in the kitchen and bathroom. This apartment comes with plenty of storage space along with a balcony right off the bedroom. The location of this unit is fantastic! You will be walking distance from City Park and right across the street from Starbucks. Utilities included in the base rent: water, trash, sewage, and heat. Electricity, gas, and WIFI will be set up separately by tenant. The application fee is $45 per person with the deposit being $400 pending approval. The deposit is subject to change pending results of the background check. We are PET FRIENDLY! Pet rent is $35/month with a $300 refundable pet deposit. To qualify with us here at RIO you must: make twice the amount of rent per month, have good established credit (min 2 open lines of credit in good standings), minimal collections, no rental debt or evictions, and have a clean background check. All applications are put into a specific algorithm that takes all qualifications into account. Portable Tenant Screening Reports (PTSR): 1) Applicant has the right to provide Rio Real Estate with a PTSR that is not more than 30 days old, as defined in § 38-12-902(2.5), Colorado Revised Statutes; and 2) if Applicant provides Rio Real Estate with a PTSR, Rio Real Estate is prohibited from: a) charging Applicant a rental application fee; or b) charging Applicant a fee for Rio Real Estate to access or use the PTSR.
