All utilities included. 1 Queen Bed, 1 Twin and one Futon(not pictured) with a sofa and air mattress also available as additional sleep surfaces. Nestled alongside the Jay Branch Brook, this private space is only 5 minutes from Jay Peak and less than a minute from the Jay Country Store and Jay Village Inn. All utilities included as well as wood for the wood stove. This apartment is completely furnished and includes a large capacity washer and dryer. On the first floor you'll enter through what was once a garage and now is a space for storage and acts as a large mudroom. Once inside you'll find a small common area and the kitchen. Also on the first floor is a 1/4 bath and the wood stove. A wall mounted Smart TV is available for you to use. Follow the spiral staircase to the second floor to find a large living room/great room. We will have a futon in addition to the pictured furniture for an additional sleep surface, as well we have a twin and queen bed in the bedroom that can be rearranged as you see fit. An air mattress will also be available. The second floor has french doors that open to a balcony. On both levels Rinnai propane heaters are the primary source of heat. A subscription to Hulu Live TV, Disney+ and ESPN is also provided. Trash pickup and plowing is included with your rent. Prior to the availability date a Futon and over-range Microwave will be available in the unit.
