Property Id: 2151068 Furnished lake house on BIg Sebago lake . Available Oct.1 or sooner and latest date to rent is May 15th. Would consider shorter term. Standish is a 40 minute drive to Portland Me and a 20 minute drive to North Windham Me. Pleasant Mountain is a 30 minute drive. There are great hiking trails nearby. The house is completely furnished and there are 3 bedrooms. There is a shower only. Everything is there with exception of linens. Within walking distance there is a year round restaurant, Sportsman and Jordans store. House is heated with heat pumps which is paid by tenant in electric bill through CMP. The tenant sets up their own account with CMP. Internet and WIFI provided. Plowing and trash removal included. We conduct a background check. Good references are required. The credit score is also checked. We allow 1 small or 1 medium house trained dog. There is a $275 pet fee non-refundable. No cats are allowed. Excellent environment to work at home with great view of lake.
