This heating and cooling system coupled with high-efficiency Pella windows helps reduce energy consumption while ensuring a comfortable and sustainable mode of living. Optional off street parking at Mississippi Market across the street. $110 per month. Cottages on Dale is a new residential rental community located in the heart of the Selby-Dale neighborhood of St. Paul. It is unique in blending the historic character of this vibrant neighborhood with the qualities of smart, sustainable living. Just across the street from the Cottages you will find the Mississippi Market, one of the areas thriving co-op grocery stores. You'll also be within a few steps of 6 Metro Transit bus stops, restaurants, bars and retail shopping options. It's a vibrant neighborhood node just 1/2 mile from other eateries such as the Red Cow, La Grolla and WA Front, as well as five college campuses. Downtown St. Paul and the University of Minnesota, are just a short 10 minute car ride away. The location can't be beat.
