The house is only 1.5 years old, construction completed on 4/26/2024. High end finishes throughout including granite counters in the kitchen, all stainless appliances including a dishwasher, marble counters in both baths, large walk-in shower in the hall bath, and a beautiful shower in the main bath with a large high set window for lots of natural light. Both showers have floor to ceiling tile. Built in flush mount LED ceiling lighting in all rooms. Luxury vinal plank throughout and 9-foot ceilings. Energy efficient windows, insulation, and appliances will keep your utilities low. This is a must-see home in a central San Antonio location. This is a no smoking/vaping property. Qualified tenants will sign a no smoking addendum indicating they understand that no smoking/vaping is allowed inside the residence at any time. Small pets are allowed with a $200 deposit & $25 per month pet rent. All potential tenants will have a background check screening for criminal history, past rental history, employment, and credit check. A screening fee of $40 per adult 18 years and older is due with the rental application. Prior issues do not automatically disqualify an applicant, but will need to be discussed with the owner.
