The beach is a 10-minute drive. 25 minutes to downtown San Diego. 10 minutes to NOLF. 15 minutes to Silver Strand Training Complex. 20 minutes to Naval Amphibious Base Coronado. 20 minutes to Naval Base San Diego. The tenant is responsible for paying the utilities, which include water and electricity. Smoking is not permitted inside the house. Pet's welcome, however, there will be an additional monthly charge for pets. The tenant will be responsible for maintaining the yard, and it is expected that the yard must be in the same condition as it was when they first moved in, once the lease is over.
