Overall great place to live: What I learned: I did not feel as if the community business manager and director felt compassion for their residents, but corporate did. I changed my review because everyone deserves to know that this community is great but the employees needed some sensitivity training. Knowing that the corporate company looked into my issue and provided me with compassion went a long way. Treating people like people. I am hurt by what happened but I will heal from this. Especially knowing corporate is attempting to improve things. This event impacted me, but it’s great to know they have people who care. I can see the true mission of the company after speaking with one of their corporate directors.

Honestly, things have improved so much in the last year that I've been here. First off, the maintenance team is awesome! They always get everything done FAST, and are super polite. There has never been an issue that they couldn't help me resolve. Savahnna, which is the property manager, is honestly such an angel and a big help. She's always on top of her stuff, super prompt, and professional. The complex is well maintained, clean, and overall great to live in!
