Apartment #105 is a nice 1st floor apartment with 2 bedroom and 1 bath. The apartment is fully tiled and features central AC; we have a limit of 4 people in a 2 bedroom apartment. Rent includes water, sewer, trash removal services, 1 assigned off-street parking space, pool maintenance, landscaping, and routine monthly pest control services. There is an on-site laundry area for your convenience and a nice in-ground pool for your relaxation. Call 954-566-8998 ext. 1 to set up a viewing. Small pets (25lbs or less) are allowed - maximum of two pets per apartment, dog breed restrictions are enforced, and there is a 1-time pet fee (per pet) that is additional and due at lease signing. The property itself is very close to Townsend Park, a beautifully maintained City Park - and the Sailboat Bend Nature Preserve is just south of the canal with 1.3 acres of greenspace and walking trails. The central location, just south of Broward Boulevard, gives you quick and easy access to I-95 to the west and Federal Highway to the east. It is a short drive to a major grocery store chain on Andrews Avenue, is close to the downtown Central Business District, the restaurants and nightlife on Himmarshee Street, the Broward Center for the Performing Arts, and the Museum of Discovery and Science. The property is a short drive to Broward Hospital if you need emergency services, and is very close to the Riverside Market and Cafe, a hidden gem in Sailboat Bend, with great food and lots of ice cold adult beverages to choose from.
