Apartment #106 is a large 1st floor corner apartment with 2 bedroom and 1 bath. Please call our office at 954-566-8998 ext 1 to schedule a viewing. The apartment is fully tiled and features central AC. The unit has an updated kitchen with a pool and laundry facility on site. Rent includes water, sewer, trash removal services, 1 assigned off-street parking space, pool maintenance, landscaping, and routine pest control services. There is an on-site laundry area for your convenience and a nice in-ground pool for your relaxation. There is a limit of 4 people in a 2-bedroom apartment, and small pets (25lbs or less) are allowed - limit of 2 pets per apartment, dog breed restrictions are enforced, and there is a monthly pet fee (per pet) that is additional and due at lease signing. There is an $80 application fee per person over the age of 18, 12 months lease, renters insurance is required at move in, you must have a valid US SSN in order to apply, and we won't rent to you if you've been evicted or had eviction paperwork filed against you in the last 5 years. The property itself is very close to Townsend Park, a beautifully maintained City Park - and the Sailboat Bend Nature Preserve is just south of the canal with 1.3 acres of greenspace and walking trails. The central location, just south of Broward Boulevard, gives you quick and easy access to I-95 to the west and Federal Highway to the east. It is a short drive to a major grocery store chain on Andrews Avenue, is close to the downtown Central Business District, the restaurants and nightlife on Himmarshee Street, the Broward Center for the Performing Arts, and the Museum of Discovery and Science. The property is a short drive to Broward Hospital if you need emergency services, and is very close to both The PIzza Spot and the Riverside Market and Cafe, hidden gems within Sailboat Bend.
