The primary bedroom features double closets and an en suite full bath complete with standalone shower and vanity sink with storage. The second bedroom has roomy closets, bright windows, and the other full bath features a tub/shower combination and vanity sink with storage. Jointly leased, there is a security deposit typically the same amount as the rent. A $200 administrative fee is due upon lease signing. A shared well, private septic, and lawncare are included in the renal rate, all other utilities are tenant's responsibility. The heat source is an electric heat pump, no central AC.
